☑ Broker Requirements

  • Send Welcome Email to Sellers

  • Work with sellers to obtain any outstanding paperwork such as sellers’ disclosures and wire fraud disclosure.

  • Ensure all documents are collected and complete

  • Upload all listing agreement documents and disclosures into the compliance platform

  • Place order for photos and virtual tour

  • Add Listing to the Private Listing Network (if applicable)

  • Complete listing input to MLS

  • Upload photos to MLS

  • Upload Addendum to MLS

  • Enter broker tours and open house events into the MLS

  • Set up showing service instructions

  • Order Sign Post-installation

  • Order seller home warranty

  • Link Seller to MLS

  • Complete forms required by the broker 

  • Submit file for broker compliance

  • Send Seller copies of listing agreements and MLS

  • Update MLS with any price adjustments

  • Ask Seller for review via e-mail ( agent provides review link)
